Zhenjie Guo, Doctor of Law, is a senior partner at Dentons focusing on state-owned enterprise restructuring, mergers, asset restructuring, bankruptcy, investment and financing, corporate law and real estate law. He has provided legal services for a number of large enterprises for many years, including Longfor Properties Co. Ltd, Chongqing Land Group, Tenghui Group, Chongqing branch of China Unicom, Trves-Lingda Co. Ltd. and Chongqing Public Security Bureau.

He also serves as member of the Legislative Evaluation Experts Committee of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, researcher of the Development Research Center of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, arbitrator of Chongqing Arbitration Commission and ICC mediator.

His experience includes assistant lecturer of Henan Industrial School, researcher of Chongqing Academy of Social Sciences, and visiting scholar of Fordham University.
